A settement booking is something that occurs in the real estate world. Settlement booking refers to when the settlement price is confirmed with the seller's settlement agent. The settlement agent then advises the real estate agent of the settlement booking at which time the buyer's bank is booked and the settlement agent is provided with the settlement amount.

When all parties are ready for the settlement booking an agreed upon date and time must be set up. This must occur on a business day between the hours of 11:30 am and 3:30 pm. After settlement booking is complete if the seller is still living on the property they have until noon of the next day to vacate.

A Too Late To Cancel (CC-DEP & CC-FULLPAY)
