This song was released in the year 1991. It was recorded by the Dallas Wind Symphony, and was collaborated on with Roger Nixon and Howard Dunn. It is an instrumental song, and was inspired by the Fiesta Del Pacifico that was held in California in the 1950s. This was a festival meant to help include the Hispanic and Mexican populations in the area.
It was held in the city of San Diego, but was abandoned in 1959 because they didn’t have enough money to continue holding it when no one was showing up. Furthermore, they had to stop holding it yearly and stop making it such a big event for the same reasons. It only lasted nine years, and has never been tried again.
