While this is known to be effective in curing osteoporosis, this is not used only for osteoporosis. This can also be used to treat Paget disease of the bone. This medication should be taken orally as prescribed by doctors.

A lot of people would take this half an hour before taking their breakfast and this should only be taken with water to ensure that it will have its full effect. This will work better if this would be paired with Vitamin D that may help strengthen the bones.

There are also some calcium supplements that should be taken with this. In order to prevent the degeneration of the bones, some lifestyle changes should be done.
