The customer is most likely to be dissatisfied with the customer service at your facility. He or she previously remained with your facility because there was no other place closer to home.

The consumer would have perhaps attempted to give your facility a second chance because of the familiarity factor; however, eventually, they will try a new place to see if the service is better.

Because the new location is close to home, the customer might not stick with them even if the service is equal or substandard to your facility. Closer to the customer's home will likely inspire more purchases.x
