You might not have heard of Mormon before, but it is a sect that looks similar to Christianity. They have some teachings that are against that of Christian teaching. However, what exactly does Mormon mean? Mormon, in the first instance, is the typical name of a prophet, which Joseph Smith Jr. attributed the book of Mormon too.

This forms the foundation of Mormonism as far back as 1830, during the 19th century. In addition, Mormonism is the typical religion that is practiced by the Latter Day Saint movement. This name "Mormon" gain more popularity through a book published by Smith titled "the book of Mormon (another testament of Jesus Christ).

This culture or tradition or sect believes in polygamy that a man can marry up to 3 wives. The Mormons are actually forbidden to take drinks that contain caffeine. They are also not allowed to take alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea, and some kinds of drugs.
