The capital of Iraq is Baghdad. Iraq is officially known as the Republic of Iraq and is a country located in the western part of Asia. The countries which border Iraq are Turkey in the north, Iran in the East, Saudi Arabia in the south, Kuwait in the southeast, Syria in the west and Jorden in the southwest. It has an area of 432,072 square kilometers and has a total population of more than 38 million people.

The country is currently ranked as the 36th most populated country in the world. Baghdad, on the other hand, is the capital of Iraq, largest city in the country and is the second largest city in the world of Arab. It has a total area of 204.2 square kilometers with a total population of more than 8 million people.
