The answer to this is C. There are some sentences that may seem similar to each other, but if you would look closely, you also have to consider the usage of will and would make C the best answer out of all the available choices.

An indirect speech can be a sentence, a question, or an utterance that will not be quoted directly. If this is a direct speech, it would be, “Auntie says that my cousin will come to Australia to study.” This will be a direct declaration of what is supposed to be said. Another example is saying, “He was coming.” for an indirect speech. If this would be translated to a direct speech, it will be “I am coming.”
