Located in Oakland County, Michigan, Rochester Hills is an area with a population of over 70,000 people. The Native Americans lived in Rochester Hills near the Clinton and Paint bodies of water. Then in the early 1800s, James Graham traveled to Rochester Hills to settle. Over half of the people in Rochester Hills are married and living together. The average age of the people in Rochester Hills is about 40 years old.

A little over half of the population in this area is female. Rochester Hills has a mayor and a council where the members run every four years. Most of the schools are in Rochester Community Schools. Some famous people from Rochester Hills include Madonna who grew up here.
