There is only one ruler in a dictatorship because it is a form of government wherein a country is ruled by one person who exercises different instruments to ensure that his or her powers remain strong. Here are some of the countries under a dictatorship: Belarus ruled by President Alexander Lukashenko, Cameroon ruled by President Paul Biya, China ruled by Xi Jinping,

Cuba ruled by President Raul Castro, Egypt ruled by Abdul Fattah al-Sisi, Ethiopia ruled by Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn, Iran ruled by President Rouhani, Libya ruled by President Nouri Abusahmain, Myanmar ruled by President Htin Kyaw, North Korea ruled by Kim Jong-un, Sudan ruled by President Salva Kiir Mayardit, Syria ruled by President Bashar al-Assad, Vietnam ruled by President Tran Dai Quang and Zimbabwe ruled by President Robert Mugabe.
