The main purposes of the recruitment process are:
finding the best talents for the vacancies, managing the recruitment sources and vacancies in the organization, building a strong HR Marketing platform with online recruitment software.

However, increasingthe organizational effectiveness in the short and long term is not a purpose of the recruitment.

The purpose of recruitment is to attract a wide selection of candidates to fill a job vacancy. From this group, candidates can be narrowed down according to skills, qualifications, and job specifications.

Recruitment is fashioned to ensure that an organization identifies the correct candidate for filling a job vacancy, meaning that the list is extended to include as many candidates as possible before moving on to the next level. If the recruitment strategy for a firm is ineffective, it can cost a company time and money.

The key to recruitment is for recruiters to have a defined set of job tasks and responsibilities so that candidates can be better matched. It is good to increase the organizational effectiveness in the short and long term. Recruitment involves enticing and selecting individuals to place in the right role.
