There are many correct answers to this question. Muscle fatigue is when the muscles feel weak and tired due to repeated movements. Over time, this fatigue impacts the efficiency of the muscles. One cause of muscle fatigue is exhaustion. This exhaustion can occur after starting a new exercise or a new activity.

Different health conditions can also cause muscle fatigue. Those conditions include anemia, cerebral palsy, and chronic fatigue syndrome. Things we can't control, like age, can also be a reason for muscle fatigue. To treat muscle fatigue and recover, it is essential to rest and stay hydrated.
