Yes, the left ventricle is in charge of pushing the blood out of the heart. It is actually the strongest because it will have the ability to pump the blood not only out of the heart but also out to the entire body. When the heart is able to function normally, all of the four chambers of the heart will have the ability to work well together.

This will make sure that the blood that is going through the body will be oxygen−rich. The rest of the body will always need oxygen so that it can properly function. The aorta and the other branches are in charge of making sure that the rest of the blood that the left ventricle pushes out will be received by the rest of the body.
