See if someone else on staff might know how to help them.2. call its and see if they can send someone to help.3. if no one is available to help you, you can try a few things: -see if they can save it to a flash drive -see if they can e-mail it to themselves -see if they can use the snipping tool to get a screen capture.think about what you know about computers and see if there is anything you can think of to help. think outside the box. you can even ask other students in the library if they have any solutions. sometimes there is really nothing we can do, but at least we will have tried everything.
