Verbal communication is usually oral or written in which there is exchange of words, non-verbal communication usually involves sign, symbol, body language, facial expression, eye contact.

The correct answer is To have a successful communication, one must relay his or her message to another person and must get feedback in return. This is vital between humans to convey their feelings and needs to avoid misunderstandings.

Communication also has been a tool in sharing information and knowledge for centuries thus we learn how ancient people lived through their writings that we read in textbooks or on the Internet. Through communication, we learn how to speak in our native language and can learn new ones by speaking with other people and interacting with them. It is great that humans and animals can communicate with their species as it promotes unity and harmony.
