Option D - Converting scores to a standard normal distribution turns the distribution into a perfect normal distribution is not true of standard normal distributions.

Standard deviation = 1 and Mean = 0 is true for standard normal distribution.
A normal distribution with a mean of 0 and a standard deviation of 1 is called a standard normal distribution.
