What do you do to make one section of slides in your presentation use a different design template from the other slides?
A. Select the slide thumbnails in that section, and apply a different color scheme. B. Select the slide thumbnails in that section, and apply a different design template. C. Select one of the slides in the section you want to change, customize the fonts and colors, and use the Format Painter to apply those styles to the other slides in the section.
This is an easy thing to do. It is answer B: select the slide thumbnails in that section and choose “apply a different theme.” To apply it to only the selected slides, you need to use the “apply to selected slides” option instead of “apply to all.” Once you have chosen your theme and hit okay or apply, double check to make sure that the theme was applied only to the slides you wanted it to apply to.
Powerpoint offers a lot of different themes and options for making your presentation stand out. The themes are only one way of making this happen. Other things you can do include linking to Youtube videos, adding animation, and adding sounds to your presentation.
If you want to alter the design of a slide, select the slide you wish to modify by selecting it in the slides view. Select the format menu, slide design. Choose the representation that you would like to utilize by choosing the drop-down arrow that shows when you hover over the preview slide.
Then, select apply to selected sides. Before placing your powerpoint slides into separate sections, go through all the slides and choose the ones you want to assemble in the proper section. Different power point slides offer all different features. If you are using multiple monitors, the screen displaying the mouse cursor is the one that will rotate.
