When you are working on a document in Microsoft Word, there may be a time where you have typed on multiple pages. You want to see all of the pages at once. To do this, you will need to push “page preview.” When you are in this mode, you will be able to see each page because you will have access to each page in your document. Usually, when you need to see each page, it is because you may want to make sure that the margins are aligned correctly. You may also use this function in order to make sure that extra information is not halfway on one page and the rest on the other. In that case, you will need to get out of page preview and fix your page breaks.
