How many room attendant labor hours are needed to clean guestrooms when the hotel is at 80% occupancy and If the productivity standard at a 100-room hotel is 30 minutes to clean one guestroom?

40 labor hours

[(100 x 80%) x 30]/60 = 4 hours 100 x 80% = 80 80 x 30 = 240 minutes 240 minutes/60 minutes (time in an hour) = 4 hours
