The correct answer to this question is option C – Atrial Fibrillation On ECG, AF stands for atrial fibrillation. Atrial fibrillation, commonly known as AFibb or AF, is cardiac arrhythmia. It refers to the abnormal rhythm that involves the two upper chambers (atria) of the heart. It is characterized by the rapid and irregular beating of the atria. On ECG, atrial fibrillation is identified by the absence of P wave.

Atrial fib can be triggered by several factors. This includes excessive drinking, high blood pressure, valvular heart diseases, heart failure, obesity, COPD, coronary artery disease, smoking, thyrotoxicosis, cardiomyopathy, and diabetes mellitus. Symptoms of atrial fibrillation may include: palpitations, shortness of breath, exercise intolerance, dizziness, chest pain, weakness, fatigue, and light-headedness.
