The passage shows the woman in the passage is Vijay’s sister. He said she is the daughter of the father of the sister of my brother.

This statement shows Vijay has a brother who has a sister that has another sister, which makes all of the family. This shows that his brother’s sister, who is also his sister. His father’s daughter, which makes her his sister also.

The statement above is quite complicated, but when you look into it, you will find a way of understanding it better. A short answer to this question is that Vijay is a sister with the lady in the question.

The statement is a bit tricky but from the statement we can tell that the woman in the picture is the “sister” of Vijay, which is not an option listed above.

We can tell that the woman in the picture has a brother who is a brother to Vijay. Automatically, Vijay and the woman are siblings. She is not his daughter, wife, mother or grandmother.
