Stevie Nicks: Visions, Dreams, and Rumors. This is because Fleetwood Mac is my favorite band of all time and Stevie Nicks is my all-time favorite singer. The book goes into depth about how the songs were written and how they had an impact on music. Also, the book perfectly depicts the rock n roll soap opera that the band personified. There is a lot of information about the tumultuous relationship between Lindsey Buckingham and Steve Nicks.
The book does their backstage drama justice. This biography is an enlightening journey of Stevie's extreme highs and low's. I also enjoyed learning about her childhood and what prompted her to be a performer. I also love to read about Stevie's transition from the free-spirited shawl twirling hippie chick from Fleetwood Mac to the sexy witch with a white-winged dove she embodied with Bella Donna when she went solo. Stevie Nicks is also very wise. She has been through it all.
