Never having children. Testicular cancer is extremely rare. There are only about 20,000 cases diagnosed every year. A lump in the testicle is one of the symptoms of the cancer, along with the feeling of a heavy scrotum.

One of the ways to treat this type of cancer is to remove one of the testicles. However, with the removal of the testicles, it can greatly decrease the man's ability to reproduce. Therefore, if he has never had kids before the testicle removal, it is highly unlikely that he will be able to reproduce afterwards.
