It is a bit weird that User 1 can no longer edit and create documents anymore after a month when user 1 has already been given a license to make sure that Microsoft Office will work well. A is not a good option because doing this will not do anything for the office document and will not change things.

Besides, this cannot be accessed when saving and editing is not possible. D is also not a good option because once again, this cannot be done when the Office seems to be locked anyway. With B and C given as the remaining options, I would choose B.

There is a chance that there is only a glitch that may be resolved by reinstalling the program again on User 1’s computer.
