Teacher morale refers to the enthusiasm of a teacher. Teachers that truly enjoy what they are doing. Such teachers often possess attributes such as willingness to make a difference, passion for their job, cheerfulness, confidence, and cooperation with the organization. Such teachers are more concerned about seeing a child grow and willing to learn.

In recent times teacher morale has been on the lower end as many teachers are not appreciated, motivated, or recognized for their good works. Teacher morale is getting a lot of attention lately. Organizations and administrators recognize the need to boost teacher morale. Some effective ways to improve teacher morale include: value teachers’ opinion, recognize and appreciate their efforts, work with them, and not against the teachers.
