In an instance when the sales manager at universal containers would want a dashboard to have a view of each of the accounts, opportunities, and related cases of the sale's representative, the recommended solution would be to create a dynamic dashboard and make sure that the sales manager has the permission to the "view my team's dashboard."

You can locate the "view my team's dashboard" permission on your (the user's) profile. You can also make use of permission set to make provision for permission on a user through a user basis. You can go to setup, under which you locate manage users, and finally select profiles.

You can also find the administrative or system section, or you can as well type in "view my team's dashboard" in the search box. Then you can enable the permission to "view my team's dashboard."
