This horror movie was originally titled as 'The Babysitter Murders' which revolves around a serial killer, Michael Myers. The movie further tells how he stalks and kills teenage babysitters on the night of Halloween. This movie was directed by John Carpenter and Debra Hill was the producer of this movie.

The classic movie called Halloween was originally titled as ‘The Babysitter Murders’. Halloween is an America slasher film which was directed by John Carpenter and produced by Debra Hill. This movie starred Donald pleasance and Jamie Lee Curtis.

This movie is the first installment of the Halloween movie franchise. Many critics of the movie claim that this movie might encourage misogyny and sadism among the audiences that relate more with its villain. At the same time other critics claimed that it could encourage immorality among the teenagers in America during the 1970s. Nevertheless, this film is considered among one of the best classic movies of all time.
