There are 9 kilocalories per gram of energy as contained by Lipids. It is known that people need energy in order to do various activities. Without proper energy, people will not have the will to do their tasks and responsibilities. One way to get enough energy is through the food that people eat.

Some may think that all types of fat should be avoided but there is such a thing as good fat that will be very beneficial for a lot of people. Good fat will make sure that people will have enough energy to last throughout the day. Take note that this will happen only if people would consume the good type of fat.
