Who created the android named Vision?

Ultron is from The Avengers. He is a supervillain which means that he has the ability to fight with the superheroes. Unfortunately, he uses his powers for doing bad things. He wields a fictional metal alloy that is known as adamantium. He has a genius-level intellect which means that it will be hard to get anything past him.

He can think of solutions and plans that will be more beneficial for him. There are different stories that are created in the comic book series that mention him. He has also appeared in the Avengers movie wherein he was destroyed by Vision.
