The correct answer is option D – identify the target behaviour The next line of action to be carried out by Mr Williams and the IEP team is to identify the target behaviour in order to develop a Behaviour Support Plan for Joseph. Target behaviours must be carefully and completely identified in observable and measureable terms.

This will guide the IEP team and the instructor on plan decisions and apply interventions to take concerning the students behaviour. Identifying the target behaviour will also help in defining the criteria for changing the behaviour. Hope this helps.
