I have to say D. All objects come with energy but the amount of energy that it will have may depend on its location. There are some areas that are in places wherein the gravitational pull is going to be stronger. This will make the energy stored up higher as compared to those that are located in other locations.
The position of the object will matter a lot as well because its placement in the location that it is in will make a huge difference. It cannot be speed because the object is not moving. It can only be acceleration when the object is pushed. Once again, when force is exerted on it, this becomes kinetic.
