What will be the most appropriate step for Olivia to take after finding out the solution to the problem during a daily SCRUM meeting(and wants to implement it immediately)?

Olivia may have found the best solution but how will people know that it is the best unless they spend time on it? If 4 would be selected, the people will not make any effort to challenge the possible weakness of what Olivia has presented. This can make the solution harder to understand. If 1 would be selected, then people would need more time.

This is not ideal if the solution needs to be done as soon as possible. 3 can be used but there is a possibility that people will have different feedback and opinions on what Olivia has presented. 2 is the best solution because the members can talk about the presented solution face to face and resolve the issue immediately.

The best thing to do is to make sure that a separate meeting will take place in order to discuss the possible solution. If A would be selected, then Olivia would need to exert more effort into providing a report when she could have explained the solution in a clear and capable manner. The time that will be spent might only be wasted. If C would be chosen, then a capable team has to analyze the details that were presented by Olivia.

There is a chance that the solution will be rejected but what if this is the best solution available? If D would be selected, the solution might push through without people fully understanding what the solution is.
