The answer to this is A. The process capability signifies that there are different materials, tools, methods, and so much more that are being done in order to get the right information. Take note that this is only used when it is assumed that all of the items inside the set that is being measured are all useful. This is also meant to help determine which among the set should be removed in order to make the whole set work accordingly.

This is important because it will make sure that the current trends will be improved over time. If this would not be used, it will be hard for the company to figure out how customer satisfaction will be achieved.
