JFK (a common name for president John F Kennedy) had three children. He had two sons named Patrick Bouvier Kennedy and John F Kennedy Jr as well as one daughter named Caroline Kennedy. JFK was the 35th president of the united states for two years before he was assassinated in 1963 in Dallas, Texas.

JFK was well known for the missile crisis in Cuba and an invasion called the Bay of Pigs. Only two of the Kennedy's four children survived past infancy. One died during childbirth and one died 2 days after birtch due to breathing difficulties.

Wrong! They had four kids! Jackie's first born Arabella was a stillborn, then it was Caroline, then John Jr., and finally Patrick who passed away 36 hours later.

THey had 4 -- one was still born, patrick died at 2 weeks and then Caroline and John
