How to buy dry ice?

Dry ice is just the solid form of the common carbon dioxide that we breathe out, and that is available in the atmosphere. When you want to buy your dry ice, make sure you follow these steps accordingly.

1. Visit the general merchandise shop or your local grocery to pick up your dry ice. Make sure you hold the equivalent currency to the size you want to buy. Stores, where dry ice can be bought include Walmart, Costco, and Safeway. Make sure you buy your dry ice close to the time you need it so that it will not dissolve before you are ready to make use of it.

2. Buy your dry ice in block form, and take an insulated container, such as an ice chest or along plastic cooler along to put it in. Note that the normal home freezer cannot sustain the iciness of the dry ice.

3. If you would be transporting your dry ice inside a car, make sure you whine down the windows. Dry ice can be harmful to health if inhaled in the large amount.
