Being called a judge can be equated to being at the top one's career in any profession; however, the journey to becoming one is not always easy, but it is not something you can't achieve once you know what to do and how to go about it.
1. Before you can qualify to be admitted into a law school, you must meet up with certain educational requirements.
2. Obtain your bachelor's degree. While this is one of the basic requirements, getting a bachelor's degree from a very reputable university increases your chances of getting admitted into a law school.
3. Make sure you finish with good grades before applying to a law school.
4. After graduating from college, try your best to get admitted into a law school and get yourself into the right areas of law you would like to practice.
5. After getting admitted, make sure you finish law school with outstanding grades.
6. Sit for a bar exam and make sure you pass.
7. Start your career as an attorney, and make sure you are getting more clients so that you will easily get used to the system in the courtroom.
8. After you have gained more experience in this profession, you can apply for a judgeship. Also, don't neglect the fact that you need to know more judges in your district.
9. If you are not appointed as a judge, you will need to win an election to become one, after which you can go for other training.
