The negative feelings and emotions that come with having no one to look upto can really affect you in every aspect, but learning how to deal or cope with this type of situation is what we should always be eager to know.

1. The first thing I believe will help you to cope with this situation is learn to look inward. Most times, when we are faced with problems, we're always quick to accept defeat without making any effort to look inside of ourselves. The more you learn to look within yourself for strength, the easier it will become very clear to you that there is a lot you can achieve without necessarily having to look up to anybody for help or anything.

2. Most times, our inabilities to do certain things on our own forces us to incessantly look for help where there's none. The best thing to do is learn how to get better at things and do them all by yourself.

3. At times, what is complicating your issues is that you lack the confidence to face things all by yourself. In that case, learning how to build your self-esteem should be looked into.
