To make adjustments in Command Prompt, you must be in an administrator account.

• Type the letters cd.
• Make sure you incorporate the space out after cd.
• This command, which is the acronym for change directory, is the root of any directory change.
• Do not press Enter key.
• Establish your directory’s path.
• A directory path is similar to a map to a specific folder.
• You can locate a folder’s path by launching my computer, selecting the hard drive icon, traversing to your target, and then seeing the address at the top of the folder.
• Type in “your directory’s path” Press Enter.
• As soon as you select enter, you will change the command prompt directory to your selected one.
