If you would like to find the right distance between two points, these are some of the things that you can do:

• You first need to subtract y1 and y2 to find the distance that you are searching for.

• If you would like to find the distance horizontally, you would need to subtract x1 with x2.

• This way, you can figure out the distance of the two.

There are some people who can come up with the distance between the two points by knowing the Pythagorean Theorem. The formula for this is going to be d=√((x_2-x_1) ²+(y_2-y_1)²). Once you are able to compute for this, you will be able to come up with the right answer.

You sometimes need to know the algebraic expressions that are available in order to determine the two endpoints.

• You need to know the length of the hypotenuse so that you can solve for the distance between two points.
• You need to check out the two points that are given to you.
• Get to see how far apart the two points are.
• Draw lines in order to see how far apart the points are. This can be easier when you are drawing everything in a graph.

With all of these things in mind, you will be able to figure out the different algebraic expressions that you are supposed to use.

The distance between two points can be regarded as a line. A simple formula can be used to find the length of the line.

To find the distance between two points, follow these steps.

• First, know the distance formula, which is d=√((x_2-x_1)²+(y_2-y_1)²)

• Then, write down the coordinates of the points you wish to find the distance between

• With those coordinates, find the vertical and horizontal difference between those points.

• Then, square the values from the previous step

• Add those square values together.

• Lastly, find the square root of the equation. This number found will be the distance that is between the two points.
