Creating a letter can be fun, especially if it is personal. Yet, it can also be complicated when you need to do a business letter. Ending a letter can be complicated, especially if you do not know how to close the letter appropriately.

These are some tips to remember:

• Decide on the final topic or information that you want to reiterate.

• You can decide on the term that you will use that will let the recipient know that you are summarizing the different details placed on the letter.

• Summarize the overall point of the letter that you sent.

• If you are going to apologize, place “I regret” or “I apologize.”

Make sure that you will be sincere in creating a letter because this will make a huge difference that way.

When writing a letter of any type, the conclusion paragraph is also one of the important aspects of the letter that should be taken very seriously. It is important to note that the conclusion paragraph is just a summary of whatever points you have made in the body of the letter.
1. The conclusion paragraph is where you should restate the major points in the body of the letter. However, you should not make the mistake of rewriting or repeating certain information twice so that your letter won't look redundant.
2. Just let the recipient of the letter has a little reminder of what has been said in the body of the letter and also create a positive impression about you will feel if you request or the purpose your letter is granted.
3. The conclusion paragraph is not the section of the letter where you are expected to start listing points or providing details about something.
