Most people assume that drawing a soccer ball is going to be easy but if you want to draw soccer balls that you can be proud of, there are some techniques that you have to do.

Don’t worry because it does not have to be too hard.

• Draw a circle. Do not worry that the circle is not going to be perfect.

• Place two lines in the form of a cross that will occupy the inside of the circle.

• Put a hexagon in the middle of the two lines.

• You will be able to see that the surrounding area of the hexagon will be full of pentagons.

• Outline the pentagon that you will see within the circle.

• Fill the rest of the ball with hexagons and pentagons until you achieve the type of shapes you want.

You can add more effects to the drawing so that it will look more like a soccer ball.

1. To draw a soccer ball, the first thing you should do is to draw a circle. I'm sure you are familiar with the regular size of a ball, so draw a circle to have a similar size.

2. Inside the circle, you will need to draw perpendicular lines in such a way that they bisect each other at the center.

3. At the center of the circle, put a hexagon, but the hexagon should not be too big.

4. From each side of the hexagon, attach three hexagons at the three alternate sides of the structure.

5. Cover the open space created from step 4 to form three pentagons.

6. Join each side of the hexagons and pentagons to the circle using small lines.

7. Draw curved lines at each side of both the hexagons and pentagons.

8. Clean up any trace of hexagon and pentagon you have drawn, and leave the curved lines you drew in step 7.

9. Finally, you can decide to color the ball, specifically at the center and the edges of the circle.
