You should first understand what domain of a function is. This is the set of numbers that are given into any function. You may want to know the domain of a function in different situations.

In order to do that, there are some things that you should do:

• The first thing that you have to do is to understand what a domain of a function is which has already been explained earlier.

• Take note that there are different ways that you can find the domain. It will depend on the different functions available. The polynomial function will be different from a variable with a radical sign.

• Make sure that you know the domain and state it properly.

Remember that there are times when you can also find the domain of a function with the use of a fraction. It is all about knowing the various methods that are available to help you choose the one that will be most effective for you.
