Never and Ever are considered to have similar meanings but they are often not used in the same context. They are sometimes used together whenever people would like to stress a point. When you say “never,” this means that there is no possible way that something is going to occur or happen any time.

It is not something that will possibly occur soon or in the future. When you say “ever,” this is also going to be different. This is not something that people normally use when they want to say something that is positive. There are times when never is used in positive sentences especially when trying to say something that is considered to be good.

Never and ever are known to be two different words that seem to have the same meaning, but if you would analyze them, you will realize that they are used differently. You will use “never” when you want to indicate it as something that is negative. When you use this term, you mean to say that it is not going to happen at any time. When you say “ever,” you are using this in a more positive way. You are saying that it may happen “some time,” although there is no specific date when this will happen. There are some exceptions to using these terms. There are also instances when they are used together to indicate that nothing is really going to happen.

The words never and ever are very closely related, and for example, you could say, “You will never be my friend.” The words never and ever are put together to explain that it is not happening, period. It is a powerful stance against or for something. Ever means always, and at all times, and an example of this would be “she started learning ballet when she was four, and she has been dancing ever since.”

Happily ever after is a term often used in fairytales. For example, “Cinderella and Prince Charming fell in love and lived happily ever after.” Never is an adverb, and never means at no time, not ever. For example, you could say, “My Mother never disappoints me.” It means not. For instance, you could say, “She always tries to quit smoking, and she always goes back. That gum will never work.” It means to no degree. “She is never going to give me the benefit of the doubt, no matter what.”

When you say “never” and “ever,” these are words that may seem to be the same but they are not used the same way. For example, when you say “never,” this means that this is something that you will not do especially at that time.

When you say “ever,” this may also mean that this is something that you will not do but you are implying that you are not going to do it for the rest of your life. There are instances when these two words will not be used for sentences that are affirmative but there are also times when they are used in affirmative ways like for professing love or for saying that “You will never leave.”

Ever is used in a way to ask or tell about any time that the action occurred. Never is the opposite of that, for it is describing an action that will not occur at any time. An example of using the word Never is "I will never take a Spanish class." It is used to tell something that a person will never do.
