The correct answer to this question is yes. It is normal to have negative thoughts. They come with everyday life, and meditation is a great way to rid of negative thoughts that may linger in mind. A main part of meditation is to think positively and to release anything that may hinder that.

It is best to meditate once a day so that you can keep inhaling positive and exhaling any negativity you may feel coming on. The more often you meditate, the easier it will be to release the negative thoughts you may have. Then, you will have better days than sadder ones.

There are a lot of people who are firm believers in meditation. They believe that meditation comes with a lot of benefits that will allow them to feel better. This can be very helpful, especially during this time, wherein the pandemic has affected a lot of people.

A lot of experts say that when you become more mindful of your thoughts, you are able to expel the bad thoughts away and think of things that are more positive. Just remember that while this method may work well for some people, there are also some who have tried it but have not gotten anything from it. Purging the mind from negative thoughts would still require a lot of hard work. Once people are able to do it, though, they will find it easier to become more positive.
