Fleas and lice are often confused with one another because they are both insects that attach to living things. However, there are many differences between the two. One difference between them is where they are found. Lice are found in hair places, such as the top of a person's head.

Fleas are found on the warm areas of a person's body, including their ears and their armpits. Both are small and do not have wings, but they differ from the order they come from. Lice come from the order of Phthiraptera. Fleas come from the order for Siphonaptera. They also differ in color. Lice is gray, while fleas are a dark brown.

You may think that lice and fleas are the same, but actually, they are different from each other. When you say lice, this is a type of parasite that can usually crawl. There are some people who get lice on their heads, and these can be removed with the use of a nit comb.

Fleas are also parasites, but one difference from lice is that they can jump from one place to another. This will make it harder for them to be removed since they can easily jump and they can barely be seen.

Lice can die after one to two days of not having a host, but fleas can live up to 100 days even without a host. Fleas can also live in humans, but most of them live in animals.

Flea and lice are insects that leach on living things. Lice are mostly found in hairy places while flea lives in warm parts of the body, such as behind the ear and in the armpits. Lice belong to the order of phthiraptera, they are small wingless insects while flea is from the order of Siphonaptera, and they are small wingless insects.

Lice are oval-shaped and dark gray in color; they grow up to 4.5mm while the flea is flat shaped and dark reddish-brown color; they grow up to 1-4mm and are blood-sucking parasites. Lice do not move for a long time while the flea moves quickly.

The life cycle of lice has three stages the stages are egg, which are tan, or coffee color, the nymph, and adult while the flea has four cycles. The stages are egg, larva, pupa, and adult.
