Wind refers to the natural movement of air, and wind not only occurs on Earth but also in space. The wind can be a slow, humble whisper, or it can be beating against your face at a fervent speed. One of the leading causes of wind is the constant rotation of the Earth as it orbits around the sun.

The characteristics of specific areas also influence the strength and might of the wind. On the other hand, gusts are a type of wind. A gust is an abrupt change in the wind speed, as it elevates and blasts in your face. A wind gust typically comes in two-minute intervals.

A wind gust arrives quite suddenly, and one of the causes of a wind gust is when there is a sudden alteration from high pressure to low pressure. Wind gusts are more frequent in regions where there are incredibly tall trees or infrastructures.
