Supports a faster version of a mobile app
As we all went into lockdown, we all knew that working from home is going to be a challenge for all of us. If anything, my team and I never had the experience to have worked from home. So it was kind of tough for us. But that’s where the ProProfs Chat mobile app worked for us.
I specifically told my employees to not sit in one place and walk for a few minutes and take short breaks. However, my support team finds that difficult to do since customers keep on visiting the site, and in case someone does get stuck on a page for long we need to initiate a chat.
