Eggs are a staple in all kitchens because it can be used in so many different recipes. People use eggs to fry chicken and fish, to bake cakes, or they eat the eggs by them-self either boiled, scrambled, or fried. Depending on a person's preference, there are many different types of eggs that a person can choose from.

Two of them include Grade A Eggs and AA Eggs. One of the differences between them is in regards to the firmness of the egg. Grade AA eggs have whites that are more firm than eggs. Another difference is that Grade AA eggs have a yolk that is more defined
