NTSC and PAL are color line TV systems used in different parts of the world. NTSC is an abbreviation for National Television System Committee. This system is used in North America, South America, and the Central Americas. PAL is an abbreviation for the Phase Alternation Line. It is used in Asia, African, some parts of South America, and Australia. One of the key differences between them is the video bandwidth. NTSC has a video bandwidth of 4.2 MHZ, while PAL has a bandwidth of 5.0 MHZ. Another difference between them is the power which the generate. NTSC generates 60HZ of power while PAL generates 50 HZ of power
