They are healthier, and they can be used for a number of uses, including to cook, to keep skin healthy, and to pull plaque from teeth. When it comes to coconut oil, there are two types that a person can choose from.

One is refined oil. This type of oil is made from coconut that has been dried. It does not include any chemicals, and it is heated at 400 degrees. Unrefined oil is also known as virgin coconut oil. It is made from fresh coconuts. It heats up to 350 degrees.
