Different materials are usually used for constructing roads, concrete and asphalt are normally used because they are reliable and strong. The major difference is that concrete roads are more durable than an asphalt road. However, they both have differences in their properties.

The concrete road is more durable than asphalt road; you do not need to repair regularly and can withstand any type of weather condition.

Asphalt roads are not as durable as concrete and cannot withstand all weather conditions. Concrete is not easily damaged from oil leaks, while asphalt is easily damaged from oil leaks.

The maintenance of asphalt is easier when compared to concrete. Lastly, when it comes to the safety of vehicles, asphalt roads are better. Asphalt roads provide more traction than concert road.
